When entering a new market, a content strategy can help build and solidify a brand in the eyes of customers and Shopbuilder clearly understood that having content that proves your expertise and builds trust is a must right from the start.

Triple digit YoY increase on the Croatian market 

 

For the Croatian market, we focused on creating ads that generated high quality and relevant traffic to the website. The Google Ads campaigns included both product or product category ads as well as ads for different blog posts. 

 

“We knew that if we provide people with high quality articles on topics they care about, these visitors can turn into customers in the future,” explains Rácz.

 

The cooperation lasted for a year till May 2019 and in this period, we nominally achieved the best results on the Croatian market: from January to May, the Google Ads campaigns brought a turnover of €40,000 a month on average.

 

“This meant an average year-on-year increase of 175%,” Rácz adds. 

 

A similar strategy was performed across all markets (SK, CZ, HR, SI, RO & AT).
